Same Team Coaching
By Cory Dysick
The Goal of Integration
Our goal is to help patients move from surviving to thriving. Ketamine is a powerful medicine, but it
ultimately creates the opportunity for change. You still need to build on it. After treatment, many
people feel an initial lift – less depression, less anxiety, more openness – but without harnessing this
opportunity to make shifts in the way we think or the habits we’ve formed, after time passes we can
find ourselves back in familiar patterns.
Integration coaching provides structured, evidence-based support that helps patients use this critical
window to create lasting habits in mental health, sleep, stress, relationships, exercise, nutrition, and
purpose.
Why It Matters for Patients
The ketamine won’t change you. It creates space for you to change yourself. Integration coaching
helps:
● Turn insights into daily practices
● Build a toolkit for navigating stress and other challenging emotions
● Strengthen relationships and support networks
● Improve sleep, stress, nutrition, and other wellness habits
● Explore your purpose and direction
Instead of slipping back into old patterns, you step into a new way of living. Working with your coach,
you can take steps to make the most of this journey. It isn't just a moment of relief. It’s the start of
real transformation.
