Every client begins with a free consultation with a WholeMind Integration Specialist. This 45–60 minute conversation gives you the opportunity to learn about our services, share your goals and history, and explore which treatment path may be the right fit.

Your consultation includes:

  • A tour of the WholeMind clinic

  • A conversation about your goals and challenges

  • An overview of available treatments and how they work

  • A walkthrough of our integration-centered care model

ExoMind TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)

ExoMind TMS is a non-invasive, FDA-cleared treatment that uses targeted magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain associated with mood regulation. It is an excellent option for individuals seeking a non-medication path, or as a complement to ketamine therapy for deeper or more sustained results.

TMS does not require a Medical Evaluation and can begin following your complimentary consultation.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP)

Ketamine-assisted therapy at WholeMind is delivered through our Signature Care Model — a three-phase process of Preparation, Guided Experience, and Integration. Every ketamine client receives continuous 1:1 support from a Dedicated Integration Specialist before, during, and after each session.

Clients pursuing ketamine therapy will complete a Medical Evaluation prior to beginning treatment to ensure safety and eligibility.

 

Medical Evaluation & Treatment Planning:

Includes a comprehensive mental health and medical assessment, medication review, safety screening, and a one-on-one Treatment Planning Meeting with your Integration Specialist to develop your personalized care plan and review the WholeMind Client Support Workbook.

All treatment bundles include 3 complimentary coaching sessions with our trusted partner, Same Team Coaching.

Private In-Home Ketamine Sessions

For clients who prefer the comfort and privacy of receiving care in their own environment. In-home sessions include 1:1 support from a Registered Nurse Integration Specialist and a fully customized therapeutic environment. Pricing is determined through consultation based on the level of support requested.
