Paul Neil Owner of WholeMind Healing Pathways

Paul Neil, RN, MSN
Co-Founder, Integration Specialist

Paul, born in Phoenix, Arizona, spent his childhood in Saudi Arabia, where his father worked in the oil industry. After returning to Arizona at age 12, he graduated high school in Chino Valley and pursued his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Northern Arizona University, graduating in 2012. Following graduation, Paul began his career working in an inpatient psychiatric hospital for adolescents and adults in Utah.

Returning to Arizona in 2013, Paul worked at the West Yavapai Guidance Clinic inpatient hospital and the Prescott VA's residential mental health program. While serving at the Prescott VA hospital, Paul earned his Master of Science in Nursing from American Sentinel University. Paul served as a nurse manager throughout the COVID-19 pandemic before transitioning into the role of mental health nurse educator.

Paul's dedication to caring for individuals with mental health struggles was inspired by the loss of his brother to suicide in 2012. This tragedy, along with his own significant struggles with depression, anxiety, and PTSD, are the driving forces for his passion for mental health.

Paul's dedication to healing our community led to the founding of WholeMind Healing Pathways, where he continues to advocate for holistic and evidenced-based approaches to mental wellness.

Jasmine Baker Owner of WholeMind Healing Pathways

Jasmine Baker, RN, MSN, RN-BC

Co-Founder, Integration Specialist

Jasmine is a fourth-generation Arizonan who began her nursing career after graduating from Yavapai College in 2012, where she received multiple scholarships and awards, including the Excellence in Leadership and Nursing Award. In 2014, as a single mother, she was one of 75 students nationwide selected for the Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. Jasmine spent several years in psychiatric nursing and leadership at the VA and is board certified through the ANCC as a Psychiatric and Mental Health RN.

Jasmine’s approach to healing is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. As a survivor of trauma with her own history of depression, anxiety, and PTSD, her personal healing journey ultimately led her to psychedelic-assisted work and the co-founding of WholeMind Healing Pathways.

Jasmine’s background in psychiatric nursing and integration gives her a unique lens on the healing process. Her approach is integrative and deeply individualized, drawing from psychological, physiological, somatic, relational, and spiritual dimensions of healing while remaining grounded in each person’s unique experience.

Raised in The Potter’s House Christian Fellowship, Jasmine also brings personal and professional experience navigating the intersection of faith, trauma, identity, and healing. Although she is no longer affiliated with the church, her own spiritual journey has included questioning deeply held beliefs, releasing teachings rooted in fear and shame, and rebuilding a relationship with faith that feels authentic to her.

Jasmine believes spiritual exploration should never come with pressure to believe—or stop believing—anything. She creates a nonjudgmental space for people to explore their own beliefs, questions, and experiences, whether that means maintaining their faith, redefining it, or simply becoming more comfortable with not having all the answers.

Outside of WholeMind, Jasmine loves trail running, hiking, backpacking, and spending time with friends and family.

Rachel Sanchez

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Rachel Sanchez, APRN-BC, PMHNP, and DNP, has dual degrees as a board-certified family nurse practitioner and psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. Rachel attained her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Arizona State University, her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner from Vanderbilt University, and then her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

Rachel has had the opportunity to work in many areas of healthcare, as she changed locations frequently due to her husband’s career in the Army. Rachel worked with patients in end-stage renal disease, inpatient and outpatient dialysis, taught peritoneal dialysis, and was a transfer coordinator for a kidney transplant unit. Further, Rachel worked as a Nurse Practitioner for the Army for 14 years, then began working at the VA in Phoenix, and after 18 months, transferred up to the Prescott VA for another five years.

Though she immensely enjoyed being stationed in places worldwide, particularly Europe, after 18 years of service in the Army, Rachel’s husband retired and wanted to return to his native home in Arizona. Rachel and her husband now enjoy being close to their extended family. Rachel is passionate about working in mental health because she loves seeing the changes that happen to her patients. She greatly appreciates witnessing the impact of treatment on people’s lives every day.

Destiny Brennan, RN

Gestalt Counselor, Integration Specialist

Destiny brings two decades of experience as a Registered Nurse and Registered Dietitian, along with seven years in practice as a psychedelic integration and mental health counselor.

Her work is rooted in an integrative embodied approach that bridges her clinical background with somatic and experiential therapies. As an Integration Counselor at WholeMind Healing Pathways, she supports clients in making sense of their ketamine experiences and translating insight into meaningful and lasting change.

Destiny’s nursing background spans intensive care, post-anesthesia recovery, and outpatient surgery, providing a strong clinical foundation for her work in mental health settings. As an integrative dietitian, she focuses on guiding patients in healing chronic gastrointestinal and autoimmune conditions.

She is extensively trained in Gestalt Experiential and Somatic Therapies under Dr. Allen Berger, and has completed advanced training in psychedelic facilitation in both Boulder and Los Angeles. Her approach emphasizes present-moment awareness, supporting clients in slowing down, noticing their internal experience, and reconnecting with themselves in a grounded, embodied way.

Her path into this work is also personal. Through her own experience healing from an autoimmune illness, Destiny developed a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of mind and body. This informs the way she works—with clarity, empathy, and wisdom for guiding each person’s individualized process.

At WholeMind, Destiny creates a steady, supportive space where clients can deepen awareness, build resilience and integrate their experiences into meaningful and lasting change.

When she’s not with clients, Destiny enjoys cooking, hiking, dancing, and exploring the Southwest with her husband.

Meet the WholeMind Family

At WholeMind Healing Pathways, our work is deeply personal, rooted in the belief that healing happens within a supportive, connected community. While our families are not directly involved in the clinic, they are an essential part of what makes WholeMind possible.

We are a blended family, with Jasmine’s children, Reesa (22) and Riley (20), and Paul’s children, Ivy (13) and Clover (11), all contributing in their own ways to the heart and soul of what we do. Whether it’s their encouragement, patience, or simply the love and inspiration they bring into our daily lives, they remind us why we are committed to this work.

Healing isn’t just about individuals—it’s about families, relationships, and the communities that support us. As we help others on their healing journeys, we are constantly reminded by our own loved ones of the importance of connection, care, and resilience.

When you step into WholeMind Healing Pathways, you’re not just meeting a team—you’re becoming part of a larger family that believes in the power of healing, together.
